I'm Damir Radulić, founder of Ri.NET. I've been on the Croatian internet since 1996 — back then I co-founded Kvarner Net, one of the country's early independent ISPs. Today I run a small team building sovereign autonomous AI: operating systems for agent swarms, civic-intelligence platforms, and LoRA-fine-tuned models that run entirely on EU iron.
